Reservation Policy

Telephone reservations are required to guarantee all rental dates and times.

Deposit Policy

As for the deposit there is a 25.00 deposit for the unit and a 25.00 seperate depoist for the entertainer / clown / magician .

You can prepay to reserve your unit in person, or through email

• Payments are due in full upon delivery by cash or money order. You can prepay though the website if you are paying with a credit card / or debit card the day before.

Weather Policy

In bad or uncertain weather conditions. Customers will be contacted before the unit is delivered.

If a cancels a rental unit due to bad or unceratin weather than NO CHARGES apply.

 

If a customer agrees to rent a unit in bad or uncertain weather conditions then ALL CHARGES apply.

 

Cancellation Policy

We insist that the customer provide us with a 48 hour window or as soon as possible to cancel any reservations.

Once our delivery truck has left the store then cancellations will not be allowed.

 

Bounce N House Inflatables Inc. reserves the right to cancel any reservations at the companies discretion. Circumstances that may warrant cancellation are bad or uncertain weather conditions, event area is unsafe, unclean, unfit for the unit, payment is not made upon delivery, or any other seen or unseen situation that the company feels it is not in the best interst to cancel.

 

 

Damage and Cleaning Policy

Parents are responsible for any damages that occur form improper usage of the inflatable and or damage from neglect of proper supervision.

 

It is understood that normal wear and tear damage is a different subject and is not the responsibility of the renter.

 

If food, drinks, toys, or other items have soiled or damaged the inside of the unit then cleaning charges of not less than $50.00 USD. will be charged.

Plan a spot in a flat area away from your house and obstructions

Grassy areas are prefered. If your setup will be on concrete surface please inform the operator.
Remove and clean all dog piles. Moonwalk will not set up in unsanitary conditions.

Bounce N House Inflatables Inc. needs an electrical source within 50 to 100 feet.

Turn off sprinklers

Keep all party candy and toys such as silly string and other toys out of the moonwalk.

No food and drink is allowed in the unit.

Make sure there are no trees, wires, electrical wires, or any obstructions above the unit.

All orders must be confirmed before the deliver date.

Continous inflation is provided by an electrical blower, which only requires a standard household outlet within 100 feet.

 

 

General Rules

All riders MUST REMOVE SHOES before jumping in the moonwalk.

ADULT SUPERVISION IS REQUIRED AT ALL TIMES.

8 to 10 kids are allowed in the moonwalk at one time.
